Two accelerators · pilot cohorts, winter 2027

What's important next?

Most people already know. The idea for the business. The fix their company keeps ignoring. What's missing is a plan, the skills, and a few people in their corner. Pick your path, and in ten weeks you'll have built the real thing.

Why good ideas stay on the shelf

It isn't laziness. It's wiring.

For most of human history, the person who stepped out of line risked being pushed out of the tribe. So we learned to keep our heads down. That same wiring is why the business stays an idea, and why the fix you see at work never gets said out loud. It feels like protecting yourself. It's really just an old alarm going off.

You don't beat an alarm by shouting at it. You beat it with small, real steps, taken with people who have your back. That's how both programs are built.

How a week works

Same rhythm every week, so you spend your energy on the work, not on figuring out the program.

  1. LearnOne short lesson and a story from someone who has done it.
  2. PracticeApply it to your own business or your own job, in the session.
  3. DoTake one real action that week. Make the call. Run the numbers. Have the conversation.
  4. Prove itBring back what happened. Then a short check-in with your group.

You don't move ahead by showing up. You move ahead by showing what you did. If something doesn't land, we fix that one piece and keep going. Nobody repeats a week. "Not yet" is a timeline, not a verdict.

What happens after you sign up

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about whether this fits you right now.

  1. A 15-minute callNorm calls you, asks where you are and what's in your way, and tells you honestly whether this fits.
  2. A short questionnaireAbout 30 minutes, so your first session starts from where you actually are.
  3. Your spot is heldConfirm with your deposit, and you get the welcome details and your first step.
